Quality Assurance

The GEM Group of companies is committed to providing a quality based service to all our clients, with the aim of satisfying their expectations. This commitment driven by senior management extends to all functions and all levels of the organisation.

To achieve this we have implemented and maintained the CCF Integrated Management System incorporating the quality requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

By utilising the management systems procedures, supporting forms and documentation, quality is maintained throughout the various stages of construction. Continual review ensures areas of potential improvement are identified and these improvements implemented.

To solidify GEM Groups commitment and to ensure all objectives for quality have been achieved, all employees are involved and actively support the principles behind the Integrated Management System.
